I’ve had mine for years. The new model is better than the first. The only reason I say it’s not a 5 is if you get it wet it’s ruined I’ve been through several of them. Customer service is great they always send a new one

I love the size of the travel container but the flap that covers the accessories doesn’t stay in place. I have to open the container upside down otherwise the accessories spill out everywhere. Maybe the freebird logo was placed on the wrong side of the travel case that I received.
